..”absolutely fantastic. He listened and tailored the activities specifically to suit me, which helped. I feel 100% better and in control of myself after all the help I have had.”
“I found Scott’s empathetic manner reassuring, particularly in the early sessions. Although his input was non-judgemental, his observations, particularly regarding relationships, helped me see the reality more clearly.”
[Counselling with] Scott gave me a toolkit to use when things seem overwhelming. I have what I need to move forward."
ABOUT ME
ABOUT ME
You might have thought about counselling in the past, but been unsure if it's really for you.
At McKellar Counselling I am committed to making therapy accessible and meaningful, working with you to get things back on track and producing lasting and effective results. My counselling training has primarily focussed on CBT but all treatment is adjusted to the specific needs of my clients and what you would like to achieve.
While my counselling is available to all adults, I have a particular interest in supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community and provide a welcoming non-judgemental LGBTQ+ affirming therapeutic space.
